After years of hard work, burnt out from living in the fast lane, long hours, bad eating habits and very little sleep, Brigitte became deathly ill. Enduring three years of excruciating pain, 11 surgeries, a weak immune system and massive weight loss, she learned first-hand the value and importance of good health.

Brigitte began her quest into integrative nutrition and holistic health in 1980 she studied macrobiotic cooking an alternative eating lifestyle.

In 1995 she founded “The MEGA Way”. Her first success was “No Guilt Gourmet”, a series of holistic gourmet recipes and pre-prepared meals with over 300 clients joining her program in the first year. She soon expanded with holistic cooking workshops all over the country and developed The MEGA Way Organic Protein Shake which has helped many lower IBS symptoms, Crone’s Disease, Lupus, chronic fatigue, chronic depression, hormone imbalance, Diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Brigitte calls it your ticket to the life you are meant to have by balancing the PH in your body, eliminating refined sugar cravings and nourishing all the ten body systems.
Brigitte is unquestionably following her dream; using her time and boundless energy to educate people that one’s body truly is one’s temple and needs to be respected and nurtured. Jim has been a part of the nutrition and supplement industry for the past twenty years, originally providing products and marketing consulting to health and nutrition companies, as well as consumers. In 1996, after losing over 25 pounds and dramatically changing his shape, he was urged by friends and family to make his personal health “secrets,” formulas, and programs available to them and the public. Charlotte Barron
Partner, CFO

Charlotte Barron, entrepreneur for the last two decades and pioneer in the earliest days of South Beach renaissance, is born and raised in Hong Kong and finished high school and college in England. After many years as Senior Art Director in a 4-A Advertising Agency in Hong Kong working on major corporate accounts, she moved to Manhattan in the mid 80′s. She and her then husband moved to Miami Beach and opened the very first music club and restaurant on Ocean Drive in the winter of 1986, marking a turning point in the entertainment district to be known as Sobe.

Winner of New Times Best of Miami Top Rock Club four years in a row; Rose’s Nightclub still regarded by many as the quintessential rock club of South Beach. It was at Rose’s that Barron met Britton, who flew in from NYC to attend a concert and the two became friends and partners in Britton’s No Guilt Gourmet Organic Meals and Special Event business. Barron retired from the entertainment business in 2000 and had been engaged in the real estate market in both sales and mortgages. As a long time friend and business associate of Britton, Barron will oversee the day to day development, operation and marketing of The Mega Way.
