Black Bean Salad with Quinoa PastaIngredients: Serves 2
2 cans of organic black beans rinsed and drained
½ box of organic Quinoa pasta
½ of a fresh bunch of arugula leaves washed and shredded into a large bowl
½ bunch of fresh scallions washed and diced,
2 cloves fresh garlic diced
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro washed/dried and chopped
1 tsp. cumin spice, lemon pepper spice and paprika spice
Sea salt sprinkle to your taste and cracked black pepper for beans, salad and Quinoa pasta
2” piece of ginger root grated in bean salad
1 tsp. virgin olive oil for beans, 1 tsp. virgin olive oil for salad,
½ lemon squeezed with pulp and zestDirections:
In a medium size pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil, add sea salt and Quinoa Pasta and boil al dente, (about 8 minutes). Drain pasta and set aside. Place rinsed beans in a bowl. Add olive oil, spices, cilantro, scallions, lemon and garlic evenly over beans. Mix beans with Quinoa pasta and mix well. Add 1 tsp. of olive oil and lemon with 2” grated ginger directly on your salad sprinkle sea salt and pepper to your taste, mix well and enjoy!

Organic black beans are a great source of alternative protein and of cholesterol lowering fiber.
Beans have a high fiber content preventing blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after a meal, a good source of protein for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance or hypoglycemia. Pork Chops CrusteIngredients: Serves 2
2-4 oz. pieces of organic Pork chops rinsed/pat dry
1 full fresh bunch of watercress washed, then dried in a towel
shredded in a large bowl
2 cloves fresh garlic diced
¼ cup chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp. turmeric spice
Sea salt and cracked black pepper sprinkled lightly
2” ginger root
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil.Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375F for 10 minutes. Place rinsed/dry pork chops in a pan with grill. Add spices, oregano, and garlic evenly over both chops. Bake for 10 minutes, basting periodically. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with 2” grated ginger directly on your salad sprinkle sea salt and pepper to your taste, mix well and enjoy!Daily Allowance Facts: Per each serving:

Ingredients: Servings 2
2 -4 oz. pieces of Organic Turkey Thighs skinless and rinsed
½ can of organic diced pumpkin
1 full fresh bunch of watercress leaves washed and shredded into a large bowl
½ Spanish onion diced, 2 cloves fresh garlic diced
¼ cup chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp. ginger powder spice
1 tsp. allspice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger Root grated for Turkey
Sea Salt sprinkle to your taste and cracked black pepper
2” ginger root grated in salad, tbsp. Virgin Safflower oil,
1 tbsp. rice vinegar for saladDirections:
Pre-heat oven to 350F for 10 minutes. Place rinsed Turkey Thighs and diced pumpkin in a pan with grill. Add spices, rosemary, onion, and garlic evenly over Turkey and diced pumpkin and bake for 10 minutes occasionally marinating. Remove from oven when done and grate some Ginger lightly mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and Rice vinegar with 2” grated ginger directly on your salad sprinkle sea salt & pepper to your taste, mix well and enjoy!Daily Allowance Facts: Per each serving:
