20 years ago Brigitte became severely ill. After three years of excruciating pain, 11 surgeries, weak Immune System and a massive weight loss, she knew first hand the importance of good health through preventive methods, proper nutrition and exercise. Growing up in the fashion and restaurant business (Her father , a master French Chef and Entrepreneur) Brigitte discovered her passion for cooking at the age of nine and has been cooking ever since. She continued her quest in Holistic Nutrition apprenticing with several Chinese Medicine Practitioners treating The Body as a Whole…Mind, Body and Spirit by implementing inner cleansing, holistic nutrition, strength training and customized herbal supplementation. She took on several health professionals in Palm Beach as clients whom originally came to her to lose weight and achieve a higher energy level.  Their Cholesterol and blood pressure was dangerously high due to stress, a lack of proper nutrition and exercise. In less than 3 months on THE MEGA WAY HOLISTIC NUTRITIONAL LIFESTYLE PROGRAM, these health professionals’ cholesterol levels went from 270 to 170 points; they lost weight and now have amazing energy all the time! With over 10 years of cooking experience and his passion for cooking has made it possible to experiment in the kitchen, perfecting his skills and developing his own interesting flavor combination's and special dishes. To cook is for Daniel to share the love for life and what will recreate us; it is a reward when he finds that people are taking pleasure as well as health in his creations. Growing up in Sweden, where the traditional foods are wholesome and empowering, he was included in the kitchen since childhood and found he had a natural inclination to the craft. The healthy aspect of food started already at the age of 15 with an interest and initiation of strength and fitness training. He started to attend courses to increase his knowledge and learn from other professionals in the craft. He integrated this in his working life where he during 3 years ran his own Personal Training and Massage Therapy Company in London. Working in close cooperation with a French nutritionist, he got introduced to Organic foods and food preparation.
